Over the past few years, particular attention has been paid by businesses and institutions to the issues of the new humanistic management, which enhances the relationships not only between the firm and the market but those between the firm and various stakeholders. Among the latter, a significant role is given to human resources and the community in which firms operate. In this context, the aim of this research is to investigate the contribution of the new humanistic management to the growth of Made in Italy enterprises.
