Digital transformation has changed the way in which companies manage relationships and the reconfiguration of new business models remain still unclear in the B2B context. Under a network approach, this study aims to investigate the key potentialities of digital transformation for the configuration of new business models. In order to reach the previous goal, a Delphi analysis and an explanatory case are conducted.
