This paper adopts Arendt’s interpretation of Eudaimonia to understand how entrepreneurial actions performed in the context of small business venturing reveal eudaimonic potential in the quest for well-being in a critical setting like the current pandemic. Our qualitative study follows ethnographic/netnographic principles and highlights four patterns of actions that characterize a eudaimonic enterprise: integrating resources for continuity, activating like-minded communities, mobilizing objects, and authenticating technologies. The paper contributes to our understanding of the eudaimonic perspective in entrepreneurship research. It reflects on the role that technology, social media, and objects play in the pursuit of Eudaimonia, extending our understanding of non-human agency to the business venturing domain.
