The aim of this work is to evaluate the production data of corn grown on two different soils, one natural, and the other reconstituted, using the same doses of fertilizers but with different irrigation water. In this way we want to examine the characteristics of water consumption of the reconstituted soils; that is soils resulting from treatment of degraded one, throught a recently developed technology that produces a new soil with interesting environmental and agronomic properties. This technology has been financed by the European Union with the instrument LIFE + 2010 (Life 10 ENV IT 400 "New Life") by a demonstration work of five years, for the restoration of a degraded soil located in the province of Piacenza. The conceptual model of the treatment is the disgregation and reconstitution of soils by a process that operates mainly on the structural elements, on the physical incorporation of organic matrices (soil amendments) and chemical stabilization of organic carbon.

Abstract
The conceptual model of the treatment is the disgregation and reconstitution of soils by a process that operates mainly on the structural elements, on the physical incorporation of organic matrices (soil amendments) and chemical stabilization of organic carbon.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
