Pre-adolescence is usually recognized as an age of physical, social and psychological change. Nowadays boys and girl between 11 and 15 years of age (and more) have to face, at the same time, a deeply changed context, where future appears as a menace instead of a promise. Education must recover the strive for meaning as a main stream in order to reduce demotivation and promote existential project.
