It is in the educational value of guidance that pedagogical reflection, iuxta propria principia, must "engage" rigorously and proactively to promote and support pathways useful for authentic and integral human development, characterized by creativity that is "ethically founded". It is important to guide through an integral, continuous and collective approach aimed at the future, for inter- and intra-generational solidarity. In this context, the academic setting, also through project and research activities, is urged to foster the spread of a pedagogical culture of guidance, both through the development of generative practices and devices, and by recognizing the guiding role that belongs to pedagogical professionals across different fields. In this regard, the paper introduces two university research projects of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of transdisciplinary relevance: Science for benefit. Training young generations in scientific thinking for active citizenship and RECOGNISE. Skills builders for the community well-being.
È nel valore educativo dell’orientamento che la riflessione pedagogica, iuxta propria principia, ha da impegnarsi in modo rigoroso e proattivo per promuovere e accompagnare percorsi utili per un autentico e integrale sviluppo umano, nel segno di una creatività eticamente fondata. C’è bisogno di orientare attraverso un approccio integrale, continuativo e collettivo, volto al futuro, per una solidarietà inter e intragenerazionale. Nel presente quadro, il contesto accademico, anche attraverso attività progettuali e di ricerca, è sollecitato a favorire la diffusione di una cultura pedagogica dell’orientamento, sia attraverso lo sviluppo di pratiche e dispositivi generativi, sia mediante il riconoscimento della funzione orientativa che appartiene per diversi ambiti alle professionalità pedagogiche. Al riguardo, in modo esplorativo, sono presentati due progetti di ricerca d’ateneo, attivi presso l’Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, di particolare rilevanza transdisciplinare: Science for benefit.
