The contribution investigates the possibility of introducing hypervideos as a pedagogical tool in higher education, constructing a reflection on their impact on student learning and their perception of the process of growth and content acquisition. Specifically, the topic is addressed starting from the experience conducted within the framework of the annual teaching of Didactics and Media Education (within the space of the blended Master’s degree course in Media Education), which represents a fertile ground for experimenting with non-traditional educational mediation forms. What type of engagement was observed? What functions emerge? What student needs were supported? These are just some of the issues that the experience and the contribution aim to address.

Abstract
The contribution investigates the possibility of introducing hypervideos as a pedagogical tool in higher education, constructing a reflection on their impact on student learning and their perception of the process of growth and content acquisition. Specifically, the topic is addressed starting from the experience conducted within the framework of the annual teaching of Didactics and Media Education (within the space of the blended Master’s degree course in Media Education), which represents a fertile ground for experimenting with non-traditional educational mediation forms. What type of engagement was observed? What functions emerge? What student needs were supported? These are just some of the issues that the experience and the contribution aim to address.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
