Abstract
The research examines the role of the mentor in the induction period for newly recruited teachers, with a specific focus on supporting teachers. Tutoring is a strategic and regulative process of accompaniment in professional development aimed at achieving meaningful competences through peer-to-peer activities, critical reflection, self-assessment and regulative co-construction. The tutor supports the understanding and generalization of systemic competences, for greater professional autonomy, promoting inclusive and differentiated practices for students with special educational needs in supportive and authentic classroom contexts. In the last part, the article analyses the value of using digital to create reflective-operational environments to improve the effectiveness of training processes.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
