Multidisciplinary équipe is increasingly mentioned in national and local interventions to support people and communities in Italy, foreshadowing some challenges awaiting all professionals and social actors, including educators and educational specialists. Èquipe-working plays multiple functions, and relies on specific skills. Multidisciplinary équipes can be adopted as a “lens” to overcome an individualistic conception of skills, in favor of a collective view that stimulates the construction of an enabling environment. By rethinking processes – such as practice-analysis-based research and the adoption of heuristics – as collective processes, we reposition educational competence and équipe skills under a different epistemology. The aim is to trigger evolutionary and generative dynamics, highlighting the need for tools related to équipe-working, and changing the structure of relationships, including those with beneficiaries.
L’équipe multidisciplinare trova crescente spazio nei provvedimenti nazionali e regionali a supporto delle persone neiterritori, generando alcune sfide per tutti i professionisti e gli attori sociali, inclusi educatori e pedagogisti. A partire dallo studio delle molteplici funzioni svolte dall’équipe e delle abilità necessarie ai professionisti per lavorarvi, utilizziamo l’équipe multidisciplinare come una “lente” per superare una concezione individualistica delle abilità, a favore di una visione collettiva che stimola la costruzione di un ambiente abilitante. Evidenziare i processi di natura collettiva, come la ricerca mediante l’analisi di pratiche e l’adozione di euristiche, riposiziona epistemologicamente la competenza educativa e le abilità di équipe. Ci si propone di innescare una dinamica evolutiva e generativa, ponendo in rilievo la necessità di strumenti di accompagnamento collegati al lavoro in équipe e modificando l’assetto delle relazioni, incluse quelle con i beneficiari.
