Network harmonization and boundaries reconfiguration

Relationships dynamics influence, and are influenced by, the configuration of their boundaries. In particular, some changes could characterize the structure of Strategic Nets made up by few actors pursuing specified mutual goals and characterized by contractually defined responsibilities. The changes are generated by the interconnections not only within its members (inside perspective) but also those concerning external actors belonging to the wider network (outside perspective). These changes are influenced by the network management approach adopted by firms belonging to the Strategic Net. Actors, belonging to the network and involved by the Strategic Net, could be considered as supporters that, on the basis of previous relationships activated with the members of the Strategic Net, are involved in the same.
