Relationships dynamics influence, and are influenced by, the configuration of their boundaries. In particular, some changes could characterize the structure design of Strategic Nets considering the interconnections not only within its members (inside perspective) but also those concerning external actors belonging to the wider network (outside perspective). These actors, could be considered as supporters that, on the basis of previous relationships activated with the members of the Strategic Net, can be inolved in the same. The case study concerns an emblematic Strategic Net made up by SMEs belonging to Wood Industry that activated the Net, supporting the development of innovative projects
