The contribution presents the most relevant innovations of the new discipline of family mediation with particular reference to the information obligations, to the interests of minors, to the bans on mediation in the event of domestic violence and to the profiles inherent to the professional figure of the mediator.
Il contributo presenta le novità più rilevanti della nuova disciplina della mediazione familiare con particolare rifermento agli obblighi di informazione, all’interesse dei minori, ai divieti di mediazione in caso di violenza domestica e ai profili inerenti alla figura professionale del mediatore.
