The pandemic context has brought out a new global consensus sustaining even more than before the strong alignment between business goals and sustainable practices. Although found in any industry and for any type of company, during the last years this consideration seems to have yielded the most interesting results in the financial context. Here the growing attention to this alignment seems to emerge thanks to the relationship between ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and financial results. This alignment is strictly related to a Humanistic Management approach founded on a participatory creation of contents and knowledge, and a strong and consistently enacted ethical vision. This paper presents the results of first two rounds of Delphi research and an explanatory case study that aims to investigate the impact of Humanistic Management approach on the development of sustainable finance due to a collaborative approach.

Abstract
The pandemic context has brought out a new global consensus sustaining even more than before the strong alignment between business goals and sustainable practices. Although found in any industry and for any type of company, during the last years this consideration seems to have yielded the most interesting results in the financial context. Here the growing attention to this alignment seems to emerge thanks to the relationship between ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and financial results. This alignment is strictly related to a Humanistic Management approach founded on a participatory creation of contents and knowledge, and a strong and consistently enacted ethical vision. This paper presents the results of first two rounds of Delphi research and an explanatory case study that aims to investigate the impact of Humanistic Management approach on the development of sustainable finance due to a collaborative approach.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
