The paper presents the column entitled "Utrumque Ius intersezioni", which intends to encourage the scientific dialogue between canon law and contemporary legal culture. There is no doubt that the science of general law during the twentieth century valued the comparative approach to legal problems. On the canonical side, then, the challenge is on the one hand to test the reasons of law in a strictly internal context and on the other to verify the same belonging of canon law to the lógos or general juridical discourse. It is a suggestive challenge because at stake is the same identity of law and legal science as such, its foundations and what makes it what it is. "Utrumque ius. Intersections" ultimately wishes to contribute to that "healthy openness which is never in contrast with identity" and which, by integrating "elements of different origins", can cause "the birth of a new synthesis which in the end benefits everyone "

Abstract
Intersections" ultimately wishes to contribute to that "healthy openness which is never in contrast with identity" and which, by integrating "elements of different origins", can cause "the birth of a new synthesis which in the end benefits everyone "I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
