Physical education is in the sciences of education and it is important in the definition and construction of educational and educational processes. The school and above all the primary school should play a central role in fostering the practice of a wide variety of motor experiences, providing not only tools and practice opportunities, but also knowledge and skills, which can guide the choice, motivate to participation and, not least, contribute to the well-being of pupils and teachers. Physical education consists of a set of coordinated activities, aimed at the physical and psycho-pedagogical development of the person. Gymnastics is in physical education as a set of movements regulated for various purposes, but can also be linked to the preparatory practice of a sporting discipline. The curricular internship represents an instrument of orientation of primary importance, as it offers the possibility of integrating the knowledge acquired during the university with the professional competences acquired in the workplace. It is therefore a very useful investment as a key to access the world of work.
L’educazione motoria può essere annoverata tra le scienze dell’educazione ed è importante nella definizione e nella costruzione dei processi formativi ed educativi. La scuola, quella primaria in particolare, dovrebbe avere un ruolo centrale nel favorire la pratica di un’ampia varietà di esperienze motorie, fornendo non solo strumenti e occasioni di pratica, ma anche elementi di conoscenze e competenze, che possono orientare la scelta, motivare alla partecipazione e, non ultimo, contribuire al benessere di alunni e insegnanti. L’educazione fisica è costituita da un insieme di attività coordinate, volte allo sviluppo fisico e psico-pedagogico dell’individuo. La ginnastica, come complesso di movimenti regolati con varie finalità, rientra nell’alveo dell’educazione fisica, ma può anche correlarsi alla pratica preparatoria di una disciplina sportiva. Lo stage rappresenta uno strumento di orientamento di primaria importanza, in quanto offre la possibilità d’integrare le conoscenze acquisite durante il percorso di formazione universitaria con le competenze professionali acquisibili in ambito lavorativo. È dunque un investimento molto utile come chiave di accesso al mondo del lavoro.
