Italian Family Business and Multinationals in the Eighties of the 20th Century: Invernizzi/Kraft and Galbani/Danone

The contribution is an essay in history of business. It follows the steps of the development of two among the most important firms in the Italian food industry. More specifically, the study will focus on the transition of such companies into foreign hands which happened during the first stages of the presence of American and European multinational companies on the Italian food market.

Il lavoro, in particola, documenta il passaggio delle aziende in mano straniera in una fase di prima presenza delle multinazionali americane ed europee sul mercato italiano del food.
