The reform of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) has opened a large debate on decoupling as a new approach for supporting farmers' income. We analyze the actual degree of decoupling of the new CAP tools for field crops when expectations on policy evaluation are taken into account. Uncertainty on policy may reduce the degree of decoupling and increasing production.

Abstract
The reform of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) has opened a large debate on decoupling as a new approach for supporting farmers' income. We analyze the actual degree of decoupling of the new CAP tools for field crops when expectations on policy evaluation are taken into account. Uncertainty on policy may reduce the degree of decoupling and increasing production.File in questo prodotto:
