This short introduction to the book aims at emphasizing the importance of entrepreneurship within the general framework of the Catholi Social Teaching. It is in particular argued that the Catholic Social Doctrine has devoted continuous attention to the complexity of the world’s economic system with a constant emphasis on the promotion of the great principles of subsidiarity, solidarity and development.
