It is very interesting to examine the definition in a FLE didactic perspective. This article emphasises a few aspects of this topic, in two main perspectives: on the one hand, the use of the definition as an exercise in logic and lexical enrichment and, on the other hand, the consultation of lexicographic definition in order to explore issues of French culture.
