Dalla paura verso il futuro alla ricerca di possibilità: riflessioni pedagogiche per educare l'identità personale

The contribution investigates reasons and manifestations of problematic condition of contemporary man. Recalling the reflections of the greatest interpreters of contemporary thought, explores the consequences in respect of the perspective of the future and the process of identity formation. Starting by the condition of concern, the paper proposes a re-reading of the process of identity formation in the light of a pedagogical perspective which emphasizes the concept of possibility for every person, and the exercise of an education as art of living.

Il contributo indaga le ragioni e le manifestazioni della problematicità contemporanea mostrandone conseguenze e implicazioni sul piano di una prospettiva per il futuro e sul piano della formazione dell’identità personale. Si propone una rilettura del processo di identità alla luce di una prospettiva pedagogica attenta alla promozione delle possibilità, sia sul piano personale sia di un’attenzione allo sviluppo della libertà come processo di possibilitazione all’interno della società.
