The Working Group (WG) has identified a number of topics that constitute the "quality of teaching" vast planet with particular emphasis on aspects related to the "quality of Teacher" in a perspective of integrated educational and scientific evaluation of the teacher. In this document, which is a synthesis of what has been discussed and approved by the Standing Conference of the Presidents of the Council of Degree in Medicine and Surgery, the most critical issues arised following the implementation of the ANVUR-AVA legislation are discussed and a series of corrective actions in areas of particular significance for the evaluation of the Teacher in the School of Medicine are proposed.
