The concept of ‘sustainable development’ is seen as pivotal in this paper, even when it comes to enhancing entrepreneurial skills among Saudi women, with a look both at the domestic market and at regional markets. A more structured process of women’s empowerment can effectively contribute to a wider project, aimed at boosting employment and human security, within a framework of intercultural dialogue and constructive partnerships, and within a more clearly defined cross-gender and cross-cultural corporate culture.

Abstract
The concept of ‘sustainable development’ is seen as pivotal in this paper, even when it comes to enhancing entrepreneurial skills among Saudi women, with a look both at the domestic market and at regional markets. A more structured process of women’s empowerment can effectively contribute to a wider project, aimed at boosting employment and human security, within a framework of intercultural dialogue and constructive partnerships, and within a more clearly defined cross-gender and cross-cultural corporate culture.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
