Antropologia del senso, dimensione socio-giuridica e altro: intorno a Sequeri

Starting from the rich reflection proposed by the theologician Pierangelo Sequeri, the paper focuses on the conceptual relation between Philosophical Anthropology and Law. More precisely, it deepens some theoretical questions (the problem of ‘sense’; the nexus reason-sense; the anthropological dimension), as well as some legal aspects closely related (power; gift (donation); the concept of justice). In conclusion, the strict interlacing which characterizes the continuum ‘Anthropology (including the dimension of the sacred)-Law’, the latter considered as an existential experience, plainly emerges.
