The article deals with harassment, sexual harassment and mobbing at the workplace in the Italian employment law. As to harassment and sexual harassment, the Italian legal order has transposed quite accurately the directive of the European Union, but the practical application (judicial decisions) remains quite scarce. The decisions on the “mobbing” are, by contrast, very numerous by now: actually, “mobbing” is a jurisprudential invention. However, the conditions by which judges admit “mobbing” are rather strict.
