The article examines the concepts of humanity, education and interiority as pedagogical foundations of the educational relationship. This triadic relation is traced in the pedagogy of person of Aldo Agazzi, who affirmed a theoretical perspective into educational concretizations and school. His attention to the processes of growth and human fulfillment, suggests that the purpose of educational relationship is to educate people to be more and more men, to be ever more deeply themselves.

Il contributo esamina i concetti di umanità, educazione e interiorità come fondamenti pedagogici della relazione educativa. La triade esaminata è rintracciata in particolare nella pedagogia della persona di Aldo Agazzi.
