In this articol we discuss the research model adopted in Lombardia to develop "Classi 2.0" project, a national innovation programme into which primary and secondary schools were asked to introduce and integrate technological devices in the classrooms. The aim of the project was developing innovative model for supporting teaching and learning processes from different point of view: pedagogical, organizational and technological ones.
