It is only recently that pedagogical thought began to consider educational counseling a way of supporting self-achievement in the human being, as an educational path aiming to increase the subject's autonomy by developing his abilities and skills. This article highlights the basic premises end features of the counseling process addressed to those living conflicts, ambivalences and uncertainties, which limit their vital prerogatives. Educational counseling helps therefore to strengthen the subject's entrepreneurial skills, with respect to the educational task he has to perform.

Abstract
