Contemporary cities are undergoing by profound changes that require a reinterpretation of the pedagogical foundamentals: the relationship with space, the concept of a community that regenerates itself, the promotion of the common good. As regards the relationship with space, “urban complexity” requires us to recognize that we can no longer speak of city spaces only as an objective dimension in relation to which our action is placed. The epochal transition underway leads us to keep in mind the experiential and relational dimension of spaces that become “places” when they reflect the identities and relationships of those who inhabit them. The contribution wants to get into the specific relationship between spaces-regeneration-common good.

Abstract
Contemporary cities are undergoing by profound changes that require a reinterpretation of the pedagogical foundamentals: the relationship with space, the concept of a community that regenerates itself, the promotion of the common good. As regards the relationship with space, “urban complexity” requires us to recognize that we can no longer speak of city spaces only as an objective dimension in relation to which our action is placed. The epochal transition underway leads us to keep in mind the experiential and relational dimension of spaces that become “places” when they reflect the identities and relationships of those who inhabit them. The contribution wants to get into the specific relationship between spaces-regeneration-common good.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
