The article deals with the principal features of the Danish public pension system and then focuses on the occupational pensions. The last ones are well developed in Denmark, although the state support is not very important: this phenomenon is explained by the solid system of industrial relations which reigns in the country.
Il saggio espone i capisaldi del sistema pensionistico pubblico danese e si focalizza quindi sulla previdenza complementare. Essa appare assai sviluppata, benché l'intervento statale di sostegno sia assai contenuto, soprattutto grazie al solido tessuto di relazioni industriali del Paese.
