Giusto. Ecco la versione condensata ripulita dai richiami: Artificial intelligence is increasingly pervasive in educational, social, and welfare services, yet innovation discourses tend to read it through a predominantly instrumental lens, as a set of technical applications to be integrated into existing practices. This contribution adopts the framework of Community Technologies, which interprets technologies not as neutral tools but as socio-educational devices with a relational and community-oriented function. Within this perspective, the community tutor is examined as a figure of educational and socio-technical mediation rather than as a technical specialist, and Artificial Intelligence Literacy is reframed as a situated educational competence integrating critical, reflective, and relational dimensions. Methodologically, the study is based on a systematic review of international literature (2023-2025), conducted through a conceptual mapping approach adapted from the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, drawing primarily on Scopus. The analysis reframes AI as a socio-technical infrastructure and proposes an original interpretative map that redefines the community tutor as a critical mediator of emerging algorithmic ecologies, restoring centrality to the educational dimension of Community Technologies and laying the groundwork for future empirical research.
