A substantial series of documents, preserved in a parchment in the Ancient Archive of the Municipality of Leno, allows us to reconstruct a long relationship originating from debt issues, which lasted from 1231 to 1341, between this institution and the important Brescian family of da Cazzago. The study of these events allows us to observe, starting from the credit market and its collection, significant aspects of the institutional, economic and legal processes of the time.

Abstract
A substantial series of documents, preserved in a parchment in the Ancient Archive of the Municipality of Leno, allows us to reconstruct a long relationship originating from debt issues, which lasted from 1231 to 1341, between this institution and the important Brescian family of da Cazzago. The study of these events allows us to observe, starting from the credit market and its collection, significant aspects of the institutional, economic and legal processes of the time.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
