Sharing a common origin should activate an opening towards the third that, by rebalancing the tensions of individual egoisms, allows us to experience the verticality and horizontality of a love that, in giving, inaugurates the figure of relationality. In my brother and sister I can experience the possibility of opening myself to the different, easy and difficult: easy because I discover and recognize that there is a common belonging between us, difficult because it is always complex for the self to lean beyond the region of its most own being to host the other, welcome him and protect him in the novelty, sometimes even embarrassing, of his being close and foreign.

Abstract
Sharing a common origin should activate an opening towards the third that, by rebalancing the tensions of individual egoisms, allows us to experience the verticality and horizontality of a love that, in giving, inaugurates the figure of relationality. In my brother and sister I can experience the possibility of opening myself to the different, easy and difficult: easy because I discover and recognize that there is a common belonging between us, difficult because it is always complex for the self to lean beyond the region of its most own being to host the other, welcome him and protect him in the novelty, sometimes even embarrassing, of his being close and foreign.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
