This paper presents an analysis of Sportelli Famiglia in the Veneto Region, adopting the FamILens® framework to assess the consequences on the family well-being. Grounded in a relational sociological perspective, the study explores how these services support family responsibility, stability, relational quality, diversity and inclusion. Based on a qualitative research design combining desk analysis and semi-structured interviews with service coordinators, the findings highlight the heterogeneity of this kind of service showing its flexibility in responding to the variety of families’ needs and its contribution in terms of promoting family wellbeing and preventing distress, even if indirectly.
