The study focuses on the diachronic analysis of terminology and the issues it involves, from corpus construction to data representation. In this context, the field of environmental protection is analysed in the journal Techniques Sciences Méthodes for the period 1906-2016. The data analysis provides an overview on the evolution of terminology from both a linguistic and conceptual point of view: different scenarios (e.g. the introduction of new terms) will be illustrated.
