From a pedagogical perspective, this book deals with the topic of Renewable Energy Communities (RECs) understood as education and participation places. RECs are considered technical tools for production and sharing energy, as well as educational and relational spaces, where skills are forged, community bonds are strengthened, and the meaning of relations and common good is revitalized. The reflection starts off by looking at the 2030 Agenda and the horizons of the 2050 Agenda, to analyze the ecological and energy transitions as eminently educational processes. This volume suggests an interpretation that intertwines education, sustainability, and fight against inequalities, outlining the need of a pedagogical approach able to direct innovation toward models of coexistence in solidarity.

Abstract
From a pedagogical perspective, this book deals with the topic of Renewable Energy Communities (RECs) understood as education and participation places. RECs are considered technical tools for production and sharing energy, as well as educational and relational spaces, where skills are forged, community bonds are strengthened, and the meaning of relations and common good is revitalized. The reflection starts off by looking at the 2030 Agenda and the horizons of the 2050 Agenda, to analyze the ecological and energy transitions as eminently educational processes. This volume suggests an interpretation that intertwines education, sustainability, and fight against inequalities, outlining the need of a pedagogical approach able to direct innovation toward models of coexistence in solidarity.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
