Il giurista e gli algoritmi: "stanze" concettuali

This essay explores some aspects of the connection between the figure of the jurist and the technological dynamics, with particular attention to the horizon of algorithms, by adopting the philosophical-legal perspective developed by Bruno Romano as its privileged theoretical framework. The contribution is structured through conceptual “rooms” in order to highlight some conceptual points: lexical “room”, phenomenological “room”, historical- conceptual “room”, theoretical “room” and perspective “room”. The analysis highlights how the current technological processes (i.e. AI) involve a significant alteration of the “legal-political” decision and, more widely, of the idea of “normativity”, which postulate a more and more critical approach to the legal experience.
