The essay intends to analyze the novelties of the recent, additional, reform of the Code of civil procedure referred to in Legislative Decree number 164 of 2024 with regard to the procedure by injunction. Particular attention is paid to the application issues concerning the proposal of the judgment opposing the injunctive decree in the forms of the simplified rite of cognition within the meaning of reformed art. 281 decies c.p.c. Some nods are composed also with reference to disputes referred to the jurisdiction of the justice of the peace.
