Privileged channel, useful to feed consensus building towards Napoleonic regime, the political celebrations of Italian Republic and Napoleonic Kingdom of Italy (1805-1814) characterized themselves by the wide involvement of musicians, singers and composers. Through the analysis of a vast and hitherto unpublished documentation, the essay aims to investigate the importance attributed by the political authorities to the recruitment of well-known personalities in the circumstance of moments of jubilation. Similarly, it aims to evaluate how artist’s engagement often contributed to promote the development of musical journey in late Modern History.

Abstract
Privileged channel, useful to feed consensus building towards Napoleonic regime, the political celebrations of Italian Republic and Napoleonic Kingdom of Italy (1805-1814) characterized themselves by the wide involvement of musicians, singers and composers.
