Abstract
This article reflects on the experience of the national project "Cinema and Images for Schools", highlighting the educational value of encounters between students and "Sale della Comunità". It proposes a reversal of perspective: not what to teach young people, but what we can learn from them. Cinema, experienced collectively in a theatre, is explored as a space for relationship and personal growth — a setting that fosters shared storytelling and reciprocal gazes. The article emphasizes the importance of offering great films capable of speaking to the deep desires of young people. In this way, the collective ritual of watching a film can become an opportunity for listening, authenticity, and trust.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
