Abstract
The paper explores the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications as language learning support tools in the university context to evaluate their use as educational resources in language classes and autonomous learning. Following an introduction to the relationship between AI and language teaching, as well as its role as a resource for autonomous learning, the study investigates the perceptions of a sample of university students through a questionnaire. The research was conducted at the Servizio Linguistico di Ateneo (University Language Centre) of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, focusing on the use of such applications for language acquisition. The study aims to evaluate the possibility of integrating AI applications into language teaching and learning and provide recommendations for training teachers and students.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
