Russian suffixes and imperfective forms of the Russian verb with non canonical resultative value are characterized by a high degree of context-bound polysemy or polyfunctionality. After a focus on the pragmatic inferences made by native speakers for their interpretation, particular attention is devoted to some methodological implications for the acquisition of Russian as a second language. An approach, oriented to the reconstruction of the implicit meanings is suggested, in order to bring learners of Russian as a second language to simulate in a fast natural way native speakers in their perception of the context-boundedness of these linguistic forms.

Abstract
