The education of the future jurist, as an actor in society, is the fundamental problem from which the work starts. Didactics is a whole institutio, as Quintilian already intended the formation of the orator: educating to an ars in both a technical and ethical sense. In the first part, the theoretical assumptions of an aesthetic didactics of law are founded, showing the intertwining of technique and virtue, with attention to the graphic and figural theme in legal practice. In the second part, an analysis of a didactic exercise is proposed: that of the Summer Schools in Law and Humanities. The care of society, as the purpose of legal education, is finally revealed to be entrusted to the hope.
