This chapter focus on the clinical treatments and follow-up of clinical conditions associated to celiac disease, such as anemia, osteoporosis, metabolic disorders, skin disorders, reproductive disorders, polyautoimmunity, neurological, and psychiatric disorders. The malabsorption secondary to the destruction of the intestinal villi and the increased autoimmune response can promote the development of clinical deficiency and inflammatory extraintestinal conditions. For most of these conditions, gluten-free diet is the cornerstone of treatment, however, specific supportive treatments may be appropriate for some clinical conditions.
