With continued increases in cyberattacks, the organizational perspective on cybersecurity issues has recently gained recognition. This is related to cyberattacks increasingly being oriented to exploiting human vulnerabilities. This paper develops a comparative systematic literature review on organizational resilience (OR) and cyber resilience (CR), concepts in the management and organization sciences research domain. An analysis of how the two concepts are explicitly conceptualized has assisted in identifying their properties, key features and temporal dimensions. The study aims to investigate how the discussion of OR and CR contributes to a better understanding and related knowledge advancement of OR associated with cyberattacks and cybersecurity. Different, yet complementary, key features emerge from the two literature sets. This research proposes an integrated conceptual framework that offers a summary and integrates the most relevant themes arising in the systematic literature review. This leads to a novel conceptualization of organizational cyber resilience (Cyber-OR).

Abstract
This leads to a novel conceptualization of organizational cyber resilience (Cyber-OR).I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
