The supreme Court dwells on the identification of the dies ad quem for revoking the request for summary trial filed in opposition to the criminal decree of conviction. Extending the conclusions reached with reference to the similar discipline of immediate trial, it identifies this time limit in the issuance of the decree setting the chamber hearing pursuant to Article 464, paragraph 1, of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The interpretation adopted allows us to retrace the jurisprudential orientations on the matter and assess its systematic implications.

Abstract
The supreme Court dwells on the identification of the dies ad quem for revoking the request for summary trial filed in opposition to the criminal decree of conviction. Extending the conclusions reached with reference to the similar discipline of immediate trial, it identifies this time limit in the issuance of the decree setting the chamber hearing pursuant to Article 464, paragraph 1, of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The interpretation adopted allows us to retrace the jurisprudential orientations on the matter and assess its systematic implications.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
