The text introduces the focus devoted to the attacks on health care professionals and to the role of criminal law for the prevention of this phenomenon, by reviewing the contents of the contributions of the Authors invited to take part in the debate on the subject. Finally, a broader reflection will be carried out on the importance of doctor/patient communication for building the therapeutic alliance.
Il testo introduce il focus dedicato alle aggressioni al personale sanitario e al ruolo del diritto penale nelle strategie di prevenzione del fenomeno. Dapprima, verranno passati in rassegna i contenuti dei contributi degli Autori invitati a prendere parte al dibattito sul tema. Infine, verrà svolta una riflessione più ampia sull’importanza della comunicazione medico/paziente per la costruzione dell’alleanza terapeutica.
