The essay examines briefly the history of co-determination in Germany, by pointing out the strength and weaknesses of the model. At the end of the analysis, the author suggests that the legislator intervene in the field of employee participation in our Country in a way which respects the characteristics of our socio-economic system.
Il saggio ripercorre brevemente la storia della cogestione in Germania, mettendo in luce gli aspetti di forza e i punti deboli del modello. All'esito dell'esame, l'autore auspica un'evoluzione della partecipazione nel nostro Paese che tenga conto delle peculiarità del nostro tessuto socio-economico.
