The chapter aims to analyze setting, tools and conditions that enable an action research approach within the organizations. Methods are discussed according to different timing, challenges and phases to be safeguarded during the process. In particular the methodological analysis focuses on the preliminary request coming from the organization, the analysis of the context and the perceived problems, the maintenance of the process (with a special consideration of group processes), and the end/evaluation of the action research intervention.
