Una comunità educante coinvolta nella crescita dei bambini in adozione: l’impegno sociale e politico del Coordinamento CARE

In a time marked by the crisis of participation in political life and co-responsibility between the family and institutions, family associations can offer a valuable mediation in the building of the educating community. In particular, the contribution aims to reflect on the work of the Coordination of Adoptive and Foster Family Associations in Network (CARE). From a pedagogical point of view, it is interesting to examine this agency, as it is active at the political and cultural level in support of the family and of the rights of children and adolescents. On the one hand, CARE carries out an important advocacy action in the relationship with the central authorities of the State, local authorities and institutions, also in network with other associations, in the horizon of an integrated training system. On the other hand, by virtue of the close interconnection with the territory, it contributes to the building of educational and inclusive communities, within which people, Families, educational institutions and services should implement forms of partnership with a view to the well-being of the new generations.

In un tempo segnato dalla crisi della partecipazione alla vita politica e della corresponsabilità fra famiglia e Istituzioni, l’Associazionismo familiare può offrire una preziosa mediazione nell’edificazione della comunità educante. In particolare, il contributo si propone di riflettere sull’opera del Coordinamento delle Associazioni familiari adottive e affidatarie in Rete (CARE). In prospettiva pedagogica, risulta interessante prendere in esame questo organismo, in quanto attivo sul piano politico e culturale a sostegno della famiglia e dei diritti dell’infanzia e dell’adolescenza. Da un alto, il CARE svolge un’importante azione di advocacy nella relazione con le autorità centrali dello Stato, gli Enti e le Istituzioni locali, anche in rete con altre associazioni, nell’orizzonte di un sistema formativo integrato. Dall’altro alto, in virtù della stretta interconnessione con il territorio, concorre alla edificazione di comunità educanti ed inclusive, all’interno delle quali persone, famiglie, istituzioni scolastiche e servizi educativi attuino forme di compartecipazione in vista del benessere delle nuove generazioni.
