Narrare la sofferenza al tempo del Covid: un’esperienza formativa

The contribution intends to enhance the narrative as a device for discovering deep meanings of one's experience, regain pos-session of one's own experience, remembering. At the same time, if accompanied by an effort, the narrative offers a key to understanding what has happened and allows us to build the future, becoming a fun-damental tool for learning from the experience of suffering caused –above all – by the pandemic that we are living.

Il contributo intende valorizzare la narrazione come dispositivo per scoprire significati profondi della propria esperienza, riappropriarsi del proprio vissuto, fare memoria. Al contempo, se è ac-compagnata da uno sforzo riflessivo, la narrazione offre una chiave di lettura per comprendere ciò che è accaduto e permette di costruire il fu-turo, diventando uno strumento fondamentale per apprendere dall’esperienza di sofferenza causata – soprattutto – dalla pandemia che stiamo vivendo.
